Hours of Operation and Client Care Hours

Office Hours

Regular Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday

​

During these hours, our staff is available to assist with inquiries, scheduling, and other administrative matters.

Client Hours

​

For our clients, we offer specific hours to ensure that all their needs are met:

  • Service is available starting half an hour prior to the beginning of the morning shift. 

  • In the evening, client services are available for up to one hour after the start of the evening shift. 

* Please note: Our phones are monitored 24/7 and email is checked regularly to ensure someone is always available.
