With over 20 years in the industry, we know how most home care companies operate and we strive to stand out.

As a small, non-medical home care agency, we prioritize the individual needs of each client. Our initial assessment takes place in the comfort of home, where we learn about their goals and how we can support them in achieving them.  We believe that home is where the heart is, and we are here to help your loved one remain at home, avoiding the need for an assisted living facility. Already in an assisted living facility? We have many clients who have already transitioned into assisted living but still benefit from the help and comfort of a home health aide. 

Avoiding hazards in the home is crucial. During our initial assessment, we will gladly provide suggestions and tips for enhancing home safety and assist in arranging for these improvements.

Lean On Me Home Care believes in quality, not quantity. We do not hire through third parties or subcontract to other agencies. By interviewing each applicant personally, we ensure that our team is professional, compassionate and experienced. We carefully match caregivers to clients and maintain open communication among the client, their family, and caregivers to address any needs.  The client will always be greeted by a familiar face, as each new caregiver is introduced personally.
